MEET

Bryan White, PHD

Bryan White is the owner and head coach of Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition in Fulshear, Texas. He obtained a PhD in Chemistry from Georgia Instutute of Technology which has fueled his passion for fitness and wellbeing. Now, with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Bryan has helped 500+ clients, ranging from corporate executives to at-home working moms, achieve their fitness goals. He is a CrossFit Level 3 trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach. He has been featured on Houston's KPRC Channel 2 News and in Fulshear Westside Magazine.

As a fitness and nutrition consultant, Bryan has facilitated team-building experiences for global companies, including Shell and Estee Lauder. He uses a combination of CrossFit and habit-based nutrition coaching to help his clients reach their goals. Bryan has worked with various C-suite executives using his proprietary 12-step methodology for increased productivity, focus, and energy.

Bryan loves to spend time with his family, including his daughters, who are active in water polo and swim meets. He finds time for himself playing golf and traveling with his wife of 25 years. He believes the key to success in life is taking specific, healthy actions on a daily basis. He has the unique ability to break down complex lifestyle habits into small, actionable steps that always create success.
